I have both staff and studnt accounts. The app only allows me to login to Attendr app through my staff account

Seems like your student account is already logged in. Could you please check whether your student account is already logged in on all the web browser apps in your smartphone.
Also, please make sure that when checking these, you are using normal web browsing mode, not the private web browsing mode.

If you are using an iOS device, please follow this tutorial. Please turn off Block All Cookies
If you are using an Android device,

Tap the three dots menu


Block Cookie

Tap "Open in [Browser Name]"


Block Cookie

In the browser settings, unblock cookies

We are sorry, Attendr doesnt support your device!

Attendr works on Apple phones and iPads with an operating system of iOS 11 or later and Android phones or tablets with version 5 (Android Lollipop) and above. Attendr is not currently compatible with Windows devices or laptop computers or other operating systems.

Recent Activity is missing

If you Log out from the app it will clear the recent activity list, but successfully recorded attendance is already stored in the cloud and synced with the attendance system.
